Mercedes CLK

 

Brand new very high lift Lambotek kit for the Modern Mercedes CLK. This is a heavy duty kit as you would expect for the Mercedes doors. The Lambotek LK500 kit with 5 bearings in each mechanism and further bearings in the guides simply means that you have the lightest and smoothest door possible.

The door opens very high on this car, and looks great, as you can see in the pictures below. We can fit our kits to any Mercedes, please phone for further details.

As you can see from the pictures above, the CLK kit we have developed uses a pair of our unique Lambotek support rams. These superb units make the door both light to operate, and durable in use. They are fully guaranteed when fitted by us.

We have chosen to use two support rams not because of the weight of the door, as some might think (one will happily support the door), but because it gives more even lift characteristics , and a lighter door.

As with most modern Mercedes and BMW once the conversion is complete the car must be returned to your main dealer for the airbag light to be reset. This light will always come on when the wiring is disconected during installation on the conversion kit, and is very important as the entire airbag system will be disabled until the light has been reset.

The wiring is generous on this car and does not have to be extended, but is does have to be re-routed.
