This car was the subject of a Mini Magazine feature in the January 2002 issue of the magazine. The feature aimed to show the fitting of a Mini kit, and so give hints and tips to readers. It seemed to succeed. The car itself progressed little further. The full Majic Wide Bodykit has been bonded on to the car. The shell is very sound having undergone restoration work prior to the customising, and being stripped is easy to inspect. Fitting the kit is always the most daunting of the jobs involved in these projects, and this has already been done. This is a bare shell and simply needs preparing, painting and reassembling. The car has adjustable ride height suspension.
